 Train and bus access to nozomi ministry center:

When coming by train, leave the south exit of Keiyo Line Shin-Urayasu Station.  Board bus #3 or #23 from the "D" bus stop (in front of the station police box).  Get off at Nozomi no Machi (望海の街) bus stop .  The bus will take about 8 minutes.

Continue walking a few yards in the same direction the bus was traveling.  You will immediately see the entrance to Nozomi no Machi on your left.  Turn in and there will be a blue and red play area in front of you.  Just to the right is building number 10.  Megumi Church will be on the ground floor on the left, room 101.  No need to enter the elevator lobby.  Just walk up  the left side, and come in.
